1. Booking & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms your spot in my schedule. Work begins once the deposit and all necessary materials are received.

2. Turnaround Times

• Concept development: 5 business days

• Revisions: 2 rounds, completed within 5 business days

• Final files: delivered 2 business days after approval and full payment

Rush requests may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed before starting.

3. Vectorising Supplied Artwork
Vectorising supplied artwork isn’t always seamless due to file quality or complexity. Extra time or adjustments may be required, and additional charges may apply.

4. Portfolio Use
I may showcase work created for your project in my portfolio, website, or social media, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery of Files
Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, vector files) once full payment is received. High-resolution, scalable files are included with final payment.

6. Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled at any time. The deposit is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability
I’m not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses from using the designs. Delays caused by late feedback or supplied materials may affect turnaround times.
